The Flower Effect delivers keynotes, workshops and leadership programs to schools, sporting clubs, workplaces and community groups. Built around four pillars (Foundation, Connection, Growth and Impact), it helps people grow through what they go through and use their experiences to make a positive difference to others.
Inspired by Ben
The Flower Effect was founded by Josh Henry, a keynote speaker, leadership facilitator and high-performance coach. Josh was Ben’s captain and coach at Ferntree Gully, and Ben’s kindness, care, energy and determination continue to shape the messages he shares. Josh carries Ben with him into every room he speaks in.
